Your New Zealand Culture, Food and Wine Vacation starts in Auckland, New Zealand's largest city, with a Private wine tour of Waiheke Island.  Self-drive from Auckland to Rotorua and enjoy Rotorua's scenic and cultural delights, including a Hangi dinner, - a traditional New Zealand Maori method of cooking food using heated rocks buried in a pit oven.  

You will self drive through the Hawkes Bay Wine Region the oldest wine region in New Zealand and home to over 70 vineyards, enjoying an over night stay in Napier before driving onto Wellington.  You will explore Wellington's favourite food places and enjoy a three course tasting lunch matched with New Zealands wines at a top Wellington restaurant or cafe.    A private 90 minute tour of "Fabulous Te Papa" will show case major artworks, Maori treasures and the colossal squid.   In the evening you will be transferred to "Zealandia for a Night Safari" including a two hour tour by tourchlight as the bush comes alive!
