Terms and Conditions.

Deposit:  A US $250.00 per person non-refundable deposit is due to confirm your reservation, as well as a signed copy of the terms and conditions.  At this time your proposed itinerary will be requested and upon confirmation you will be advised.  If a supplier/property is unable to confirm, an alternative supplier/property will be found. 

Final Payment:  is due 42 days (6 weeks) prior to your departure date.  If you are booking under 42 days, full payment is due at the time of the booking.  Payments accepted are cash, check, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.  If preferred payment method is check and the departure date is under 14 days, a certified bank check will only be accepted.  Credit card payments need to fill in and sign the credit card form before a payment can be taken. 

Prices:  On the website and brochures are based on double occupancy, and applicable taxes are not included. (US/Foreign Government fees and taxes of approximately $85–$130 pp. and September 11th Security Fee of up to $10 pp). Operator reserves the right to cancel a trip, change the itinerary or adjust rates whenever in its sole judgment conditions warrant, or if Operator deems it necessary for your comfort, convenience or safety. The company reserves the right to adjust prices due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates.   All prices reflect a 4% discount for cash and check payments, no discount is given for credit card payments.  See Australia and New Zealand Inc. reserves the right to pass on any increases to the itinerary introduced by suppliers or airlines prior to final payment.  Prices will not be changed after full payment has been received by See ANZ.

Amendments to confirmed bookings and late fees:  Any changes/amendments made to an itinerary under 21 days prior to departure will incur a change fee of $50.00 per person.  Any booking not paid in full 21 days before departure will incur a late fee of $50.00 per person.

Cancellation Fees:  All cancellations must be received in writing, and your deposit of US $250.00 per person in non-refundable.  Cancellations are calculated from the day written cancellation is received in the office.

42 – 21 days prior to departure 25% of the trip costs
21 – 14 days prior to departure 50 % of the trip costs
14 – 07 days prior to departure 75% of the trip costs
07 days and under prior to departure 100 % trip costs

Airlines ticketing/Cancellation:  Cancellation of airline tickets will incur loss of $100 per person plus the applicable cancellation charges dependant upon the type of ticket you have booked and purchased. Please be aware of cancellation penalties as each airline ticket can vary greatly. After the ticket is issued and any ticket re-issuance will incur a fee of $100.00 per ticket, changes include miss spelt names on the ticket (Must be identical to your name how it appears in your passport), change of date, stops, routing, and any additional change or cancellation penalties charged by the airlines.

We also highly encourage you to recheck your departure flights 24 hours prior to departure, and to allow a 2.5 to 3 hour lay over entering and exiting the country.  See ANZ will not be held liable for any missed flights, due to scheduled time changes on the airlines behalf.

Passports/Visa:  ALL passengers need to be holding a valid passport with at least 6 months validity on re-entry into the United States. All travelers also need to have a valid Australian Visitor Visa (ETA – Electronic Travel Authority).  In most instances we can help issue these for you, however some nationalities and if you have a criminal record you will need to contact the nearest Australian Consular Office.  See ANZ accepts no responsibility if you do not have the correct documentation for entry.

Special Requests:  All special requests are to be made in writing and advised at the time of the booking, including special meals, frequent flyer numbers, non smoking rooms, twin beds etc.  At time of your reservation special requests will be made to the appropriate suppliers/properties.  See ANZ cannot be held liable if such requests are not met or available.

Document Dispatch: Documents will only be released once the terms and conditions and all applicable credit card charges are signed and on file.  If the reservation is paid in full (42 days out) documents will be dispatched 21 to 14 days prior to the departure date.

Insurance:  We highly encourage travel insurance providing coverage, for baggage loss or damage, trip cancellation fees, loss of deposit, medical expenses, and other travel related circumstances.  We encourage you to take out travel insurance at the time of deposit.  Our recommended travel insurance provider is CSA.

Limitation of Liability: See ANZ, Inc. coordinates travel services provided by third party owners, operators and suppliers. See ANZ, Inc. maintains no control, authority or direction over any third party owners, operators, suppliers, their personnel, agents or equipment and assumes no responsibility for any negligence, breach of contract, willful, wonton, wrongful or careless actions or inactions on the part of any third party or their suppliers, employees or agents, which result in any damage, loss, property damage or personal injury to you or any other person. The contract of services is between the service suppliers and you. See ANZ, Inc. accepts no responsibility or liability for any interruptions or delays to your vacation as a result of mechanical or technical problems, weather conditions, acts of God, strike, labor or civil unrest, war, quarantine, terrorist activity or any other causes beyond the direct and immediate control of See ANZ, Inc. Baggage and personal effects are entirely at the passenger’s own risk and it is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain insurance. See ANZ, Inc. takes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of materials provided by or through it and cannot be responsible for printing, typographical errors or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.  Neither See ANZ, Inc. nor its agents or employees shall be liable to you, or any third party, for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from actions beyond the control of See ANZ, Inc.
