Terms and Conditions


A US $350.00 per person non-refundable deposit is due to confirm your reservation, as well as a signed copy of the terms and conditions. At this time your proposed itinerary will be requested and upon confirmation you will be advised. If a supplier/property is unable to confirm, an alternative supplier/property will be found.

Final Payment

Final payment is due 42 days (6 weeks) prior to your departure date. If you are booking under 42 days, full payment is due at the time of the booking. Payments accepted are check, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. If preferred payment method is check and the departure date is under 14 days, a certified bank check will only be accepted. Credit card payments need to fill in and sign the credit card form before a payment can be taken.


On the website (and printed brochures) are based on double occupancy, and applicable airline taxes are included. Operator reserves the right to cancel a trip, change the itinerary or adjust rates whenever in its sole judgment conditions warrant, or if Operator deems it necessary for your comfort, convenience or safety. The company reserves the right to adjust prices due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates. All prices reflect a 4% discount for check payments — no discount is given for credit card payments.
